We create each custom order in the order received. Payment is due with your order. We accept PayPal and money orders. We will e mail you when your order is received our estimated date that your jewelry item will be completed. We will e mail you the day we mail your completed item. Orders are filled as quickly as we can make the items. Our usual prediction for a piece is approximately three weeks. During pre-holiday seasons, due to high demand for our custom pieces, an order may take up to six weeks to be received. Since we make hand-made jewels with custom chosen beads and charms, we require a few weeks to obtain the best choices for your design. Say It In Beads specializes in beaded creations made individually, with intense attention to quality and beauty.

If you are ordering a memorial gift for a pet owner who has lost a beloved pet to death, we will be very happy to send a note the day we receive your order saying,

" A hand-made memorial jewelry piece is being made just for you in memory of your companion and friend,_________________."

There is no extra charge for this service.

We appreicate that the loss of a pet is a great heartbreak and that momorial gifts help a tiny bit to let the pet parent know that others are sorry for their loss.

Please do not hesitate to add any sentiments to your order that you would like to express when the jewelry item is sent.

We are happy to mail the memorial item to you for personal giving, or to the bereaved pet owner.

Your order is important to us. We have ordered many long- awaited jewelry items ourselves and we know how exciting it is to finally receive a long hoped for dog necklace or other pet jewelry item.

Returns



If a jewelry item arrives damaged, we will repair it free of charge as long as it is returned to us within seven business days.



Because our each piece of our jewelry is custom made for you, it is not returnable for any reason other than if workmanship has caused a failure in a component of the piece.



For example, if a clasp were to break, or a wire link to break, we will be glad to accept the item back and repair the piece at no charge to the customer for 90 days following our initial mailing the item to the customer.



We want our customers to be pleased and we make every effort to use sturdy materials and fabricate all designs with pet owners in mind. We understand the rigors of pet showing and pet play. We show dogs in competition events ourselves.



We caution our customers to protect fine jewelry when setting up crates, ex-pens, trailers, etc. at events. Many a fine metal link bracelet, or dazzling gold pendant has met its match entangled in pet equipment. Please wear your fine glass/stone beaded jewelry with the care all fine jewelry deserves.
